Preparing an order

Following successful payment authorization, our usual handling time is approximately 1–2 business days. Carrier travel starts after this preparation stage.

Estimated journey

Once the parcel is dispatched, transit is estimated at another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside these business-day periods. Available destinations and charges appear during checkout, and estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and delivery issues

Review the address, unit and postal code before payment. Tracking can take time to show its first scan. If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but missing, email waleskapitt2023@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. For damage, retain the packaging and include clear images.
