What may qualify

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products and also accept exchanges. Contact us within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new; when there is no defect, it must remain unused and in its original condition. A change of mind, preference or mistaken option may qualify under those conditions.

How to request a postal return

Write to waleskapitt2023@gmail.com before mailing anything. Provide the order number, checkout email, reason and preferred resolution. For damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing pieces or a material description problem, add photographs or video. After approval, follow the exact return address and mailing directions we confirm.

Included label and outcome

A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible return. Use it only after approval; if it was missing or has been lost, ask us for assistance. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges remain subject to review and available stock. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, although financial institutions may need additional posting time. Applicable legal rights remain intact.
